This mural depicts the present day (2010) Charter Boats of Sodus with the current charter boats in slips outside Captain Jack’s on Sodus Bay, complete with their names on the stern. Fishing has always been a significant part of life in Sodus Point from the time of the Native Americans to present day. Fishing on Lake Ontario and Sodus Bay is rich with coho, salmon, brown trout, northern pike, steelhead, and rainbow trout. |
