Description:
This two story house has limestone irregular quoins. Window lintels on the first floor are of limestone and on the upper floor are brick.

Historic narrative:
Original owner Samuel Smith built between 1830-1832. Around 1880, owned by James White. Later a tenant house and storage building before being refurbished as a residence by the current owners.
