Description:
This farm had been empty for sometime before it was bought in 1946. The main house was going to 'wrack and ruin.' There were five fireplaces in the house, one in the cellar for baking. There was also a still in the basement! The frame of the house was strong and substantial, so the house was stripped to the frame and built over.
