| While the property dates to 1791 there is no records of when the house was built. The architecture indicates it was built sometime between 1850 and 1870. It was built of solid oak. The large double entrance door has an interesting transom of glass. The entrance hall features a circular staircase similar to that in the Gifford farm house. | |||||
