| Sodus Bay Bridge crosses Great Sodus Bay along Old Ridge Road. There have been many bridges at this site, as well as south of the current bridge. Starting with first a floating bridge, interspersed with wooden ferry barges, and eventually - more substantial wooden and steel constructed bridges, the Sodus Bay Bridge has been at the heart of the economy and commercial development of the area.
