Description:
A two-story house containing limestone quoins and a cut limestone foundation with small, assorted, lake-washed, rounded, multi-colored cobblestones. Cut limestone forms the window arches. This limestone may have been taken from the Hall Center quarry.

Built in 1832 by Peleg and Stephen Sanford although some records suggest as late as the 1840's.
