2005 Driving Directions - Rte. 414 South over bridge. First Left onto Tyre Rd. and follow road around bend to the right. Cemetery is straight ahead.

A Pomeroy Foundation "Patriot Burals" historic marker was dedicated on June 1, 2024 to honor Revolutionary War Soldiers, Gilbert Hooker and John McLouth who are interred there.
